Tips from Martijn

Westhove Castle is through a beautiful expanse of forest. 'So beautiful, so green. And because of the climbing trees, also very nice for the little ones,' says Martijn. Another recommended and fun thing to do with children: a visit to the picking garden between Aagtekerke and Westkapelle.

But Martijn's personal favourite is still a visit to "the Veerse Meer". 'I'm not such a fan of the beach,' laughs Martijn. 'Besides, I find it safer for the children at the lake, also in terms of safety due to the lack of currents. And you can enjoy lying in the grass there. Do you like some fun? Then go water-skiing there, because you can do that too.'
